Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from this online shop, you (the “Buyer”)  acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL: 

  • All products listed in our shop are for personal use only and all creators involved have no affiliation with Gege Akutami, MAPPA, or VIZ Media.
  • For 725 Seconds, Buyer MUST be over 18 years of age at the time of purchase, as the product includes content that is not suited for minors to consume. If the Happy Ending Mod Team has any reason to believe that you are not over 18 years of age at the time of purchase, your order will be canceled and refunded.
  • The maximum amount of bundles you may purchase in a single order is three (3). If you wish to purchase more or would like to organize a Group Order (GO), please contact the Happy Ending through Twitter (@GEGOZINE) messages or email at [email protected]. If you have not reached out regarding more orders prior to placing your order, the Happy Ending Mod Team will refund your order.
  • Happy Ending reserves the right to cancel or refund any orders if Buyer does not follow the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page.
  • All purchases, digital or physical, are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, publish, print, display, modify, or transmit any portion of this project. Please respect our creators who have put their time, love, and care into creating this project.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

  • All products listed in this shop are PRE-ORDER items. They will not be shipped until all zines and merchandise have been produced.
  • Shipping is estimated to occur around July 2025 but may be subject to delays.
  • All updates and delays will be announced via our social media platforms
  • Orders will be shipped from Oklahoma, USA. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and delays due to COVID-19, weathers, or other unforeseeable events that may affect delivery.
  • All Digital Items and Orders will be sent out using the email, [email protected], after all physical orders have been shipped. 
  • Buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order.
  • Happy Ending is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
  • All orders containing multiple bundles will have all products shipped together in one package. If you wish for the bundles to be sent separately or to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Statement of Compliance with GPSR EU 2023/988:

  • In compliance with the European Union’s General Public Safety Regulation (“GPSR”) requirements, Xia (@xialumee), our Art & Graphics Mod, who resides within the European Union, is our authorized representative.
  • Every merchandise item brought into the EU market will include clear and accessible EU-based contact information for our representative where possible.
  • All safety warnings and usage instructions will be provided within any package mailed to the EU to ensure transparency and consumer safety.
  • Happy Ending has implemented traceability measures, including product identification for our single-batch products, to ensure timely and effective response to any safety issues. These measures support accountability and transparency throughout our supply chain.
  • For any inquiries regarding our compliance with the GPSR, please contact Mod Xia, our EU-based authorized representative, at xialumee@gmail.com.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:

  • The purchase of shipping insurance with your order covers refunds and replacements in the following cases:
    • An order was lost in transit.
    • An order was significantly damaged due to mishandling by the shipping service provider.
  • If Buyer has not purchased shipping insurance with their package, Happy Ending will NOT offer refunds or replacements UNLESS:
  • An order was lost due to an incorrectly printed address made by Happy Ending.
  • Any missing or incorrect items due to any logistical errors made by the Happy Ending Mod Team.
  • Shipping Insurance will not apply to the following cases where the package is not returned to Happy Ending when:
    • An order was delivered to an old address due to Buyer not informing the Happy Ending Mod Team of any address changes before the announced cut-off date announced on Twitter (@GEGOZINE) during the Production Period.
    • An order was delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided by Buyer on their order.
  • If an order is returned to Happy Ending due to a mistake by Buyer (i.e. incorrect address, etc.) Buyer may opt to have the package resent to them if they pay for shipping.
    • If Buyer does not wish to pay the new shipping fee for resending, they will only be refunded the value of the product less the original shipping fee.
